I lost the packaging of my Airfilter. How can I reset it?

There's nothing worse than installing your Airfilter, and gleefully discarding all the packaging (including the unique RFID code in its instructions, which-so-happens to also confirm with the machine that you have finished installing a new filter)!

SO, if you have lost the packaging of your air filter, scanned it by accident, or the dog ate it -- we can remotely reset your machine for you -- if your machine is connected to the internet.

In these instances, please ensure you have already inserted the replacement filter into your machine, and send your machine's 15 digit IMEI number (usually starts with '35704') from the sticker on the bottom of your machine to support@bonaverde.com, and we will do a remote reset for you.
